Since our collaboration with Australian recruitment agency, we are able to deploy at lease 150 skilled workers to Australia every year, most of whom are welders, fitters and lathe operators. 
In 17/01/2006 an Australian employer who need 15 welders came to Qingdao for testing our applicants’ occupational and language skill. We divided the test into two parts, a welding test followed by a face-to-face interview with employers. Those who didn’t pass the welding test were ineligible to take the interview. We organized 38 candidates to take part in this test, 25 of them passed the welding test and 13 passed the interview. Up to now all of the 13 applicants have lived and worked in Brisbane Australia.
