China is one of the largest nurses exporting country. The number of nurses in China had risen from 1.3 million in 2004 to nearly 1.35 million by the end of 2005 and the nursing quality had also been improved as well. Every year there are about 800 Chinese nurses hired by UK hospital, bead house or other medical service organizations etc. Now many Chinese registered nurses become interested in working in Australia, Canada, United States, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore etc. As English is the biggest obstacle for Chinese nurses’ work-abroad dream, our company is cooperating with IELTS training centers aiming to improve our nurses’ language skill. This training program is warmly welcomed by our candidates.
In April, 2006, an UK nurse recruitment agency came to our company to interviewing and screening our nurses. We organized 16 nurses and six of them were hired by a bead house in England. The interview is divided into written English examination and oral English examination (screening). All candidates must use English for communication throughout the interview. Most of them took the English training courses before this interview which help them master English better.
In the last few years, we also deployed nurses and live-in caregivers in Canada and Ireland. Our candidates are highly praised for their thoughtfulness and professional ethics.
